The user's Shivatalk.com Wallet will receive reimbursement for each and every request for a refund. The user's bank account will never be credited for any sales made through the Site or App. All sales will be treated as final.

The user authorizes the Shivatalk.com Assurance Audit team to access the recording of their consultation with the astrologer when they request a refund in order to determine whether the case is eligible or unfit for refund in accordance with the refund policy. The Shivatalk.com Assurance Audit team's decision regarding the refund is entirely up to them, and it will be regarded as final.

When quality standards are not met in accordance with the refund policy, the Shivatalk.com Assurance Audit team will diligently issue refunds to users in their Shivatalk.com Wallet.

In the following scenarios, Shivatalk.com Wallet refunds are available:

(a) The telephone is disrupted by low signal strength, background noise, an inaudible Partner Astrologer, and other factors.
(b) A Shivatalk.com Stargazer will most likely be unable to answer successfully in the language determined in their profile.
c) It is discovered that an Astrologer on Shivatalk.com takes too long to answer a user's question.
(d) A Shivatalk.com astrologer is found to be responding to a user's question in an inappropriate or unnecessary manner.
(e) The user can only request a refund on the same day and within two hours of the consultation.
(f) After two hours, no refund requests will be accepted. In any case, the Consultation Platform does not consider the accuracy of any consultations provided on the platform.

After two hours of consultation and in the event of inaccurate information, no refunds will be given.

The money added to the Shivatalk.com Wallet will not be transferred to the user's bank account and will not be refunded in any way.
